NOTE:  The author recants his indictment of Lincoln as described and explained herein. However, I leave this posted as a recapitulation of those holding these opinions and sensibilities, especially Southerners whose families suffered so much during those harsh days of the 1860s. Lincoln was an honorable and well-intentioned American leader, and of a higher worth to our liberties, our freedom than most secular political leaders. I owe this recant to the nearly unassailable work of historian author Mike King

          From 1832, when Andrew Jackson exiled the national bank, until the end of the fifth decade of that century, the American nation was living in its golden age. But, as dark forces coalesced around one Abraham Lincoln, those golden years came to an abrupt end. This one, lanky attorney with a beard and a stove top hat would do more to destroy our republic than any enemy, before or since.

        Southern states had half the say in voluntarily creating the original federal government at our Founding. In 1860 secessionist sympathizers composed roughly half of the states. Seeking only to peacefully withdraw their (former) consent to, and participation in, that federal formation—to lawfully exercise a right to secede from a tyranny of intolerably high tariffs imposed upon them—they were instead attacked unmercifully.

        In the name of “saving the Union” Lincoln’s mercenaries in blue uniforms would kill 750,000 of our countrymen and women, while wounding two to three times that many, in an undeclared “war.”[1] With a burning swath of deadly destruction brought down upon the Southern States, Lincoln “forced a Union” upon the South, pounding them into submission.

        By this one, violent stroke an enlarged and newly empowered central government was crowned as the dictating entity over an involuntary Union of the states. It can be said that prior to the early 1860s it would be unheard of for the People to cede their sovereignty to the corporate agency that they created to serve them; afterwards, the People had no choice in the matter. It was an enforced strengthening and centralizing-gone-wild of the federal government, a scenario the Founding Fathers hoped could be averted by guaranteeing the people’s sovereignty and a strong sense of states’ rights via the 10th Amendment.

        Lincoln changed all that. He embraced the old Whig aspirations of a British-style government, one of “mercantilism” wherein a strong central government collecting high tariffs, in tandem with a national bank, would subsidize favored corporations with taxpayer money for the purpose of “internal improvements” (railroads, canals, and other large building projects). This was really corporate welfare for the wealthy, powerful corporate interests who would then, in turn, help their crony politician benefactors to stay in power (something the Confederate Constitution prohibited, except for the dredging of harbors).

        Thus, Lincoln managed to impose upon The United States of America the Hamiltonian vision of a centralized government with a central national bank financing “internal improvements.” Also, during the War on Southern Secession Lincoln jailed many thousands in the North who simply criticized or disagreed with his war policies, closing down newspapers and revoking habeas corpus. His dictatorial style imposed a mutual corporatism upon both government and big business, the very definition of fascism. (In fact, his “Lincoln Memorial,” on the National Mall since 1922, is adorned throughout with fasces, as National Park Service guides openly point out.[2]) He was able to accomplish this heavy-handed, Hamiltonian wet-dream, as also envisioned by Lincoln’s political idol, Henry Clay. Lincoln was following a long line of Federalists, from early Justice John Marshall and later Justice Story, to Daniel Webster and others who misconstrued the true, Jeffersonian American sense of real, democratic republicanism that is deeply rooted in the sovereignty of the people as expressed by them directly and through their respective states. 

        Since the 1860s our country has been plundered and ruled over in this way. (Funny what a wholesale slaughter of people can do to get them to “tow the line.”) And when Lincoln was assassinated, the quintessential politician with that disarming, deceitful pen and tongue—who was so reviled in his day[3]—was effectively elevated to sainthood! Yes, as unbelievable as it may sound, the hideously unconscionable Lincoln legacy was completely whitewashed[4] by those who plotted to gain from his dirty deeds—and there were many. Even today our subverted and misguided schools stupidly preach the “greatness” of our 16^th president, Honest Abe, the Rail Splitter who “freed the slaves.”

        The last 160+ years have been one long descent—from Lincoln, through  military rule via “Reconstruction” (that has remained with us ever since as the Lieber Code), through the obfuscations of Woodrow Wilson (WWI), Franklin Delano Roosevelt (WWII), and all the way to our modern puppet presidents.

        Today, just look around at the brainless ninnies who think they are in full nanny control! Yes, that legacy has morphed into a foreign government services corporation posing as our government that practices personage-for-profit against the people of this country. In particular that includes its unholy courts of injustice, not to mention the DOJ, FBI, CIA, et alia!

        The original, constitutional republic has been struggling back up onto its feet again under the watchful direction of Anna Maria Rietzinger (aka Anna von Reitz). The times they are a’changin’ with Assemblies now established in each of our 50 states and with a bank of our own expected to come into existence before long that is backed by gold.[5]  

        Today is the day that Donald J. Trump (albeit the voluntarily exiled president of the corporate United States of America) is announcing something of historical significance to our country and the world.

        Let us hope that fearless leader will guide us back, once and for all, to that shining city on the hill, The United States of America, unincorporated.

        Something kept bothering me throughout my research into all of the books mentioned herein. I kept wondering who and what was behind-the-scenes—known or unknown to Lincoln—prompting, financing, clearing the way, pulling the invisible strings to help enable the "Honest Abe" sock puppet in his unholy quest to eviscerate the American Republic. None of those books delved into that. I kept searching. 

        Intrepid researchers might dig deeper into the following information (still being corroborated at this writing) that at or around this crucial time in American history, The Rosicrucians and Masonic Lodges in England sent to one William Hickley over five million dollars (in today's U.S. dollars) to quickly establish a Masonic organization, infiltrate the U.S. government, and instigate rebellion within the nation. The issues of slavery and states rights were brought up when a northern, Freemasonic U.S. Senator managed to impose tax laws in the form of tariffs onto cotton exports in the South. In the lead up to the election of 1860, the Knights of the Golden Circle further inflamed the slavery issue via abolitionist articles published in Freemasonic-owned newspapers with large circulations, such as The New York Herald and the The Weekly American. The plan was to destroy both North and South and in the chaos that ensued to reassert strict Freemasonic control over America. Both sides in that so-called Civil War were financed and controlled by Freemasons seeking to regain Luciferian traction and influence. 

        Albert Pike, Freemason and 33-degree Sovereign Grand Commander (and also a Confederate general), spearheaded the revival of "the craft" at that time. Lincoln, Jefferson Davis and many of the generals on both sides were all highly degreed Freemasons. In addition to Pike, gang leaders and project directors heading up the reign of terror over the South during and after that War for Southern Secession include the following: John A. Quitman (Mississippi), John Slidell (Louisiana), British banker August Belmont, and Britain's Judah Benjamin, boss of the Confederate secret service. (The Ku Klux Klan actually lynched a lot more whites than blacks; records from the Grand Titans of Montgomery indicate that between 1865 and 1933 there were 3,861 blacks lynched, as compared to the lynching of 14,596 whites.)

I hope everyone understands that there IS no "German Government" just like there is no "United States Government".

All that exists in 71 countries around the world, are "service" corporations in the business of providing "essential government services.”

All these "Government Services Corporations" masquerading as legitimate governments are tied together by one double-sided parent corporation. If we are to believe what they acted out at the Common Wealth Games (Notice, it's not "Commonwealth", it's "Common Wealth" Games) there are now 71 nations enfranchised and caught in this snare, and Israel is the most recent victim.

If you read my articles you will know the following facts:

1. Abraham Lincoln was acting as the "President" of a British Territorial United States Corporation doing business as "the" United States of America, Incorporated, not the President of this country — The President of The United States of America.

2. Lincoln was forced to bankrupt his Territorial Corporation in March of 1863.

3. Five years later,1868, a Scottish Commercial Corporation was registered doing business as "The United States of America" — Incorporated.

4. This British Crown Corporation impersonated our Federation of States in the same way that a credit card hacker impersonates their victim and for the same purpose — to gain access to our credit.

5. The same year this Scottish Imposter published a look-alike "Constitution" almost identical to the actual British Territorial Constitution issued in 1789, but with this important difference: the original Territorial Constitution was established under land law, and known as the "Law of the Land". This second "Constitution" in 1868 was the Charter document of the aforementioned Scottish Corporation and operated under the "Law of the Sea".

6. The change in jurisdiction from unincorporated to incorporated, resulted in a change of law from land to sea, which allowed the schemers to evade their obligations under the original Constitution and radically redefined the courts and their operations.

7. This Scottish corporation formed in 1868 was a new British Crown Corporation replacing the one Lincoln bankrupted and which he served as "President".

8. Three years later, in 1871, the Perpetrators started building a new Municipal CORPORATION doing business as "the" United States. It was finally legislated into existence in 1878 and a "new" version of The Constitution of the United States was released, creating the same kind of disguise and substitution scheme as they put in place for their British Crown Corporation in 1868, thus allowing them to avoid their obligations under the original Municipal Constitution of 1790, too.

9. This left the British Territorial Government with two principal instrumentalities, (1) a British Crown Corporation doing business in our name as "The United States of America, Inc." operating under Admiralty Law and (2) in 1878, a Municipal Corporation doing business as "the" UNITED STATES doing business under Maritime Law.

10. This became the double-sided parent corporation I am talking about. Every "member nation" of their system is set up the same way; there's a British Crown Corporation dba "Deutschland, Inc", and a Municipal CORPORATION doing business as "DEUTSCHLAND, INC." and they are both run by the United States of America, Inc./ UNITED STATES, INC. parent corporations owned and operated by the British Territorial United States Government that was, until recently, headquartered in Puerto Rico.

11. This is the means the Phonies (short for "Phoenicians") have employed to keep siphoning the wealth away from this country, from the former Commonwealth countries, and from Western Europe. For the past thirty years the Parasites have been planning to de camp to China when things got too hot in The United States and Europe. That's why all the kissy-face with China in the 1970s and 80s. They were already infiltrating the Communist Government over there and preparing a nice safe, soft landing for themselves.

12. These parasites wearing robes (lawyers) and nice suits (bankers) operate out of the Inner City of London and do business "as" the Government of Westminster.

13. They have been doing the same things and operating the same schemes since the Bronze Age — they introduce the concept of credit, they gain access to other people's credit, they accumulate debt "in the name of" their victims, eat out the substance of the country they've invaded, kill their creditors, and then move on to a new "host".

14. In more recent times, they have added the use of illegal Mercenary Conflicts to their bag of tricks, and equally illegal long term "military occupation" of countries they've subdued as a result of these Mercenary Conflicts. Seventeen countries in Western Europe remain occupied by these crooks "for their protection" ever since the end of the Second World War, and we, the Americans, have been soaked to pay 98% of the "defense costs" of these countries and Japan ever since. (Trump caught hell for even suggesting that they pay another 2% of their own defense costs.)

15. Technically, The English Civil War, The Seven Years War (aka, French and Indian War), The American Civil War, The First World War, The Second World War, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq I and 2, Afghanistan, and all the myriad smaller fights have all been illegal Mercenary Conflicts and our would-be honorable soldiers have been used as cheap mercenaries, without their knowledge, to fight in all of them. (If our guys had known they were fighting as Mercs they would have asked for more money and benefits or would have refused to participate, so the Vermin kept that very quiet.)

16. So, here they are, right on time, eating out the substance of this country and Europe and the Commonwealth and Japan — and promoting another illegal undeclared Mercenary Conflict, while they have officially removed the Communist Party as the Government of China and are moving into high gear to get their new nest settled and their own butts out of the way of the debacle they are creating for Russia and the rest of the world.

17. They intend to be Spectators, safely ensconced behind the proverbial "Great Wall of China", speaking with Chinese Mouth-pieces, talking about the superiority of "their" 5,000 year-old culture— when it isn't their country and isn't their culture and they are nothing but evil, self-interested, international parasites intent on using China to guarantee their safety while they plot to eat out the substance of China just as they have done to every other country that has ever been seduced by their money. (Please note, it isn't their money that they are using to buy their way into China — it's our money, but that's another story.)

18. Please note that the "War in Ukraine" is being conducted in exactly the same way they have conducted all these other illegal Mercenary Conflicts — they all start as a temporary "incursion" for a specific purpose; in this case, the Russians were prodded into cleaning out the biological warfare facilities that NATO was building in Ukraine. Then, the fraud artists pour money into the conflict — see the billions of dollars of "support" poured into Ukraine from "the" US, INC., and NATO. The cost of all of this "support" gets passed on to the American people and Joe Biden hires 87,000 new IRS goons to collect it. They all profit from selling arms and supplies and even from giving arms and supplies to Ukraine, so of course this "support" against Russia gushes from every pore of the Great Whore, until they stop and think: what if Russia loses? Then their man in Ukraine, the Winner, has to pay for all the destruction and rebuilding.....which means all the countries "supporting" Zelensky.... and that just came home to them this week and suddenly, all the support for poor Ukraine dried up like last year's acne scar. Even the BBC goes silent.

19. Sweden saw who attacked the Nordstream I and II Pipelines. It wasn't Russia. It was Biden. So now our Allies and the people in still-occupied Europe who are dependent on us for their defense (remember) have been attacked by their purported defenders and deprived of over 40% of their cooking and heating and electrical power generation fuel just in time for Christmas, and on top of that, there will be terrible fertilizer shortages next spring from Gdansk to Marseilles. Russia has been holding its temper so far and showing mercy to the rest of Europe, because they understand that all those countries are still occupied and being used as pawns, and on top of that, it's those same European countries that will suffer from the loss of Russian gas and the much, much higher cost of whatever gas supply there is. No doubt the Vermin responsible are planning to send convoys of Mercy Ships of Liquified Natural Gas and Propane and Fuel Oil to Europe — all at the expense of the Americans — but the average European will spend twice as much at the pumps, because while the Vermin charge us on one end, they will make sure that they recoup "for" us on the other. Read that, they will gouge Europe and America, both, and keep the difference.

20. It makes no sense to blame the victims, however, in the past 24-hours, continued idiot-incursions on the Black Sea and bombing of the grain export facilities at the one port still open to ship Ukrainian grain to the rest of the world, has caused Russia to stop those vital shipments. These attacks were supposedly done by "Ukrainian Forces" sabotaging their own port facilities and export economy, but they don't have the equipment and training to use the marine air-to-surface drones that were used in the attack. So now our European and Asian and African and Middle Eastern friends and neighbors will go without bread, thanks to the Usual Suspects.

21. Do you see what is happening here and what is being used as "weapons"? Vital commodities and especially transportation of vital commodities (pipelines, ports) are being attacked. This has the fingerprints of J.D. Rockefeller's progeny — literal and in spirit — all over it. Meanwhile, in America, we have suffered endless weather-warfare "tests" and attacks in violation of the ENMOD Treaties, because we, Americans, are "non-domestic targets" with respect to "the" US, and dozens of major food processing businesses have been attacked by arsonists working for the USDA — the Municipal Corporation's "DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE", so some of the largest meat packing, poultry packing, egg packing, cheese-making, vegetable harvesting and canning facilities have been destroyed right at harvest season by criminals who are supposed to be working for us. This follows a season-long rampage by the same Despicables paying farmers large sums of our money not to plant crops this year and if they planted crops, to just let them sit and rot in the fields at harvest time. There is no doubt that all of this is being implemented to cause acute food shortages throughout much of the world, and exponentially higher food prices. This is being done purposefully by the illegal Agency Subcontractors working for the Municipal CORPORATION, who are being used as "Third Parties" to do the Dirty Work. Apparently, Joe and Company at the WHITE HOUSE OFFICE, INC. and the central banks who have their fingers filthy on this, actually believe that we will be too stupid to figure out that the USDA is a subcontractor working for them, so they won't get blamed. Why should the politicians catch it in the can? They've been using all these "Agencies" at our expense and in this capacity since the 1930's. Look how they use the "DOJ" and the "FBI" and the "IRS" as attack dogs to do their dirt, and then stand there like the flowers in May, telling you how they are "fighting for you" in Washington, DC? The only thing they need to fight is their own criminality, cowardice, gluttony, avarice, sloth, self-interest, immorality and rank stupidity.

22. Meanwhile, England is in a hopeless tail-spin, with the British Pound Sterling below parity with the Federal Reserve Notes for — I believe — the first time in recorded history, and the Parliament is taking its oath of allegiance to "King Charles" of Scotland instead of "King Charles, the Third", and despite efforts to get BREXIT off the ground, the British Economy is still hopelessly entangled in the Euro and Continental trade agreements. Their "standing military" is down to 55,000 men, partially as a result of their long and happy ride on the backs of the Americans providing for their defense, and partially because their government and economy and investments have been controlled by the German House of Wettin and their Scottish relatives since the 1840's. Consider this fact: almost a full generation of British men were wiped out in the First World War, which was nothing but a pissing match of Hanoverian grudges against the Kingdom of Prussia. It had nothing —I repeat— nothing to do with England, Scotland, Ireland, or Wales, yet the British people were forced to pay this horrendous price for "Royal Pride" and the German people were similarly decimated, betrayed, and defrauded. The only other thing of note that happened other than the ghastly carnage, was that the Bank of England (Sell Everything By Friday Bailey) seized upon the estimated 10 Billion Metric Tons of gold that Czar Nicholas and Kaiser Wilhelm II deposited with them as "abandoned funds". The Bank profited nicely, thank you, and had enough leftover to start World War II. So when you see the BOE rocking the stock market and encouraging a massive worldwide sell off, what do you think? That they are purposefully trying to take down the stock market and getting ready to buy up the grossly devalued stocks for pennies afterward — just as they did after Waterloo. Just as they did in America after Black Friday. If the Brits haven't got their knickers in a knot after all this bitter experience as nose-wipes for the Invaders in Nice Suits, just wait until they see the new prices posting on kippers and bangers next week. A working man in Britain will be lucky to have chips once a week if this madness is allowed to continue.

23. In America the "Housing Bubble" has gone bust, but thanks to complete silence from the Mainstream Media, most Americans still don't know that. New mortgage applications are down 75%, and not only because more and more Americans are learning that they don't owe mortgages — the British Territorial Government and its British Crown Corporation and Municipal Corporation "instrumentalities" owe the mortgages and are just bilking their clueless employers and foisting their own debts off onto them, but because demand for housing in general, new or old, is down over 30%. This could be because of the millions of Americans who have died or been saddled with immense hospital bills thanks to Bill Gates and the criminal conspiracy we have all come to know as the mRNA "Vaccines". This is not speculation or hearsay or any kind of theory; this is fully borne out by clinical data bases, research scientists, and highly respected Medical Doctors. Although I was one of the first to do research on the Patents underlying this heinous for-profit crime, others have joined the hunt and this week the Master Patent came to light, the collection file for over ninety related Patents from all over the world, fully revealing exactly what this "vaccine" is and what it is designed to do (kill people, control people, and tag them like cattle) — and even more astonishing, it provides us with the exact names of the persons (I won't dignify them by calling them people) and corporations and institutions responsible for the ongoing genocide. We can expect to see a loss of 50% or more of housing values and continued plummeting in the housing market for years to come, which means that the banks dependent on mortgage income, like Bank of America, will be forced to fold or be bailed out by their victims yet again. The members of the Congress are willing to give our money away to them. It remains to be seen whether or not the Silent Majority will finally wake up and say something or not.

24. This week we've been at pains to explain some very basic concepts, such as the fact that the owner of physical assets also owns any credit based on those physical assets and the fact that no country using the debt-credit system of the Federal Reserve can accrue a National Debt without having it instantly balanced by an equal and opposite National Credit. This means that not only does "the" US and its citizenry have no "National Debt," but nobody owes any interest payments on any National Debt. It is this second bombshell revelation that is currently sending shockwaves around the world, because Ronald Reagan and the Grace Commission very clearly told the American people that out of all the money they paid in Federal Income Taxes, none of it was going to pay for Government Services or infrastructure. It was all going to pay off the interest on the (figmentary) National Debt. If there is no National Debt, or only the "appearance" of a National Debt caused by dishonest bookkeeping, there's no interest to pay on any such debt, either, which gives rise to the question — where has every penny of Federal Income Tax paid since the Grace Commission Report really gone?

25. We've also dropped the boot on another nasty and very old criminal scandal. Throughout their long history of dishonor the Federal Corporations have been forced to "legalize" numerous illegal actions by providing remedy for them. This basically converts otherwise illegal demands and claims on property and performance into "voluntary acts". If someone demands that you strip naked and pick up dollar bills with your butt cheeks in public this could be considered an illegal act of denigration and perversion, especially if the demand is made at gun-point under threat of arrest. But if you have the option of politely saying, "No, thank you." and are allowed to go home and steam your broccoli in peace, everything is "legalized". So keep this principle in mind. People and organizations involved in illegal acts can legalize them by providing remedy for their actions while continuing to coerce less knowledgeable victims. In 1921, the Territorial Corporation started "salvaging" American babies, and began a forced program of registering them as British Territorial citizenry and Wards of their State-of-State franchise operations. They didn't disclose what they were doing to the victims, of course, but they did have to legalize it on paper by adding a one sentence provision in the depths of Federal Title XII, 12 USC 95 (a) which provides that the victims can claim their "Reversionary Trust Interests." They don't bother to say what the "reversionary trust interest" is or what it pertains to; you, the victim of a fraud that occurred when you were a baby, are supposed to know that this is the remedy for the phony registration process and their false claim that you voluntarily waived your rights and your identity and political standing and property rights as an American. That is, they provided a remedy for their criminality, but provided no way for you to access the remedy — which converts their action back into a crime again. No public explanation or true Notice was given, no instructions published, no offices identified as those responsible for administering these estate redemptions, no government forms produced to expedite this process, no specific officer identified as the one responsible for processing redemption requests —nothing. No practical access or disclosure was ever provided.

A similar state of affairs surrounds House Joint Resolution 192, Public Law 73-10, and United States Statute-at-Large 48 Stat. 112. In exchange for illegally confiscating the gold belonging to the General Public and stealing our public gold reserves and rendering all of us actually unable to pay a debt, the Territorial Congress made the extraordinary pledge to pay all our debts, whatsoever debts we might have or generate. And they also pledged to provide Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions — allowing us to swap any debts we owed them against debts they owed us. None of these programs or options were ever made accessible to the Public. No grand announcements explaining any of this were provided as notice. Again, as with the baby theft and "infant decedent estate" scam described above, no forms or instructions were provided, no responsible officers or offices were designated, and no practical access to the remedy was implemented by the guilty Congress or by their Agency minions.

A similar situation also applies less generally to the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve Banks and their demand, for example, that privately owned American cars and trucks must be registered as "Motor Vehicles" even though they are not, by definition, Motor Vehicles. The essence of the harm is that being a Motor Vehicle means that the conveyance is involved in commerce and the registration also provides that the person operating this "Motor Vehicle" is involved in commercial activity and therefore presumed to be a Municipal citizen of the United States subject to prosecution under the Fourteenth [By-Law] Amendment of the defunct Scottish Corporation. This allowed the Federal Reserve Banks to use the private cars and trucks of Americans as collateral and allowed them to claim an ownership interest in them, which they then used to demand that all "their" cars be insured by insurance companies, all of which paid kick-backs to them. This is clearly criminal divestment and fraud for profit and purposes of coercion, so it had to be legalized by providing remedy for it. The Board of Governors then published "Regulation Z" as their remedy, but again, not a whisper was afforded the General Public and no specified means was provided for the victims to access the remedy. They had to read it on their own and request the remedy from the Department of Transportation, which would then authorize the issuance of "permanent plates" by the Department of Motor Vehicles. These plates or tags contain the letter Z and serve silent notice to the Highway Patrol that the car carrying them is not really a Motor Vehicle and not subject to the Motor Vehicle Code.

These and other abundant examples have in common the trait that the remedy is made virtually inaccessible, so that the illegal act the remedy is supposed to cure can go on unabated under the guise of voluntary participation. The failure of the Congress to provide both Notice and access to remedy and the more general failure of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors to provide the same, is evidence of Bad Faith which strips the protections of legalization away. Now that this is fully realized and firmly stated in multiple public venues a serious correction must be made by the Congress and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors without further delay or obfuscation. Stripping away the facade of legalization left unrealized by not providing adequate access to remedy will involve re-criminalizing the Act or actions back to the date of their inception and the accrual of damages from that day forward under Admiralty Law; any brigandage, press-ganging, illegal confiscation of property, illegal impoundment of property or persons, will carry the maximum penalty allowable — and obviously, as these activities have been carried out by corporations there are no pleas of "state sovereignty" or protections of public office available.

26. We note with pleasure the successful prosecution of a Constitutional challenge brought against the New York Governor and New York Department of Health by members of the New York Legislature and a Citizens coalition, claiming a Separation of Powers violation occasioned by the Governor's attempt to enforce sweeping and coercive detainment measures and selective quarantines leading to internment in "Vaccine Camps" within the borders of New York, all based on an Administrative Regulation promulgated by the unelected New York Department of Health. The courts found in favor of the members of the Legislature and the Citizens and shut down the spectre of Internment Camps. This decision underscores a growing awareness of abuse of Executive power and Administrative "laws" including Administrative Codes, regulations, and misapplied statutes; it further supports the findings of the United States Supreme Court in West Virginia v EPA which reiterated the decision of the Tennessee Supreme Court in Norton v Shelby County a century ago: Congress cannot further delegate its legislative role to agencies or franchises. Administrative laws may only pertain to the employees and officers of a corporation; they are not competent to speak to non-resident aliens and non-citizens who are owed the services of Article III Courts. The successful action was brought by veteran New York attorney Bobbi Ann Cox out of concern about rampant violations of Constitutional Guarantees and abuses of power by unelected agencies and politicians usurping the powers vested in the legislatures. This is a positive self-correction by the Territorial citizenry themselves and we are very glad to see it, but caution that this kind of correction is not sufficient to systematically address the harm that such misadministration by the Territorial United States continues to cause the General Public. The idea that any Governor or other member of an incorporated State-of-State business organization franchise could enforce measures violating our Constitutional Guarantees (and their limitations) by relying on administrative codes and regulations drafted by unelected agencies and departments is on the far side of sanity and it requires not only correction by the courts on a case-by-case basis, but a permanent bar against such overreach. We send our love and gratitude to Peggy Hall and Bobbi Ann Cox for their fearless and effective and determined defense of the Separation of Powers and also to the members of the New York Legislature who did indeed stand up for the Constitution and their Constituents, and to the members of the voter's coalition, all of whom made the victory possible and who have added to the growing body of case law discouraging such usurpations by corporate franchise executives. Anyone who thinks that we aren't doing our job and keeping our ears to the ground has more than another think coming.

President Putin Speaks

(The following is a translation of Putin's speech from October 1, 2022. He speaks the truth and this blogger agrees with him wholeheartedly. Just hope that it is correctly translated and is complete.)

"They [the Rothschild "west," with its U.S. knee-capper] do not give a damn about the natural right of billions of people, the majority of humanity, to freedom and justice, the right to determine their own future. They have already moved on to the radical denial of moral, religious, and family values.

Let's answer some very simple questions for ourselves. [I ask] all citizens of Russia: do we want to have here, in our country, in Russia, "parent number one, parent number two and parent number three" (they have completely lost it!) instead of mother and father?

Do we want our schools to impose on our children, from their earliest days in school, perversions that lead to degradation and extinction?

Do we want to drum into their heads the ideas that certain other genders exist along with women and men and to offer them gender reassignment surgery?

Is that what we want for our country and our children? This is all unacceptable to us. We have a different future of our own.

Let me repeat that the dictatorship of the Western elites targets all societies, including the citizens of Western countries themselves. This is a challenge to all. This complete renunciation of what it means to be human, the overthrow of faith and traditional values, and the suppression of freedom are coming to resemble a "religion in reverse" - pure Satanism. 

Exposing false messiahs, Jesus Christ said in the Sermon on the Mount: "By their fruits ye shall know them." These poisonous fruits are already obvious to people, and not only in our country but also in all countries, including many people in the West itself.

For eight long years, people in Donbass were subjected to genocide, shelling and blockades; in Kherson and Zaporozhye, a criminal policy was pursued to cultivate hatred for Russia, for everything Russian. Now too, during the referendums, the Kiev regime threatened schoolteachers, women who worked in election commissions with reprisals and death. Kiev threatened millions of people who came to express their will with repression. But the people of Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson weren't broken, and they had their say.

I want the Kiev authorities and their true handlers in the West to hear me now, and I want everyone to remember this: the people living in Lugansk and Donetsk, in Kherson and Zaporozhye have become our citizens, forever.

We call on the Kiev regime to immediately cease fire and all hostilities; to end the war it unleashed back in 2014 and return to the negotiating table. We are ready for this, as we have said more than once. But the choice of the people in Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson will not be discussed. The decision has been made, and Russia will not betray it. Kiev's current authorities should respect this free expression of the people's will; there is no other way. This is the only way to peace.

We will defend our land with all the forces and resources we have, and we will do everything we can to ensure the safety of our people. This is the great liberating mission of our nation.

Meanwhile, the West continued and continues looking for another chance to strike a blow at us, to weaken and break up Russia, which they have always dreamed about, to divide our state and set our peoples against each other, and to condemn them to poverty and extinction. They cannot rest easy knowing that there is such a great country with this huge territory in the world, with its natural wealth, resources and people who cannot and will not do someone else's bidding.

The West is ready to cross every line to preserve the neo-colonial system which allows it to live off the world, to plunder it thanks to the domination of the dollar and technology, to collect an actual tribute from humanity, to extract its primary source of unearned prosperity, the rent paid to the hegemon. The preservation of this annuity is their main, real and absolutely self-serving motivation. This is why total de-sovereignization is in their interest. This explains their aggression towards independent states, traditional values and authentic cultures, their attempts to undermine international and integration processes, new global currencies and technological development centers they cannot control. It is critically important for them to force all countries to surrender their sovereignty to the United States.

In certain countries, the ruling elites voluntarily agree to do this, voluntarily agree to become vassals; others are bribed or intimidated. And if this does not work, they destroy entire states, leaving behind humanitarian disasters, devastation, ruins, millions of wrecked and mangled human lives, terrorist enclaves, social disaster zones, protectorates, colonies and semi-colonies. They don't care. All they care about is their own benefit.

I want to underscore again that their insatiability and determination to preserve their unfettered dominance are the real causes of the hybrid war that the collective West is waging against Russia. They do not want us to be free; they want us to be a colony. They do not want equal cooperation; they want to loot. They do not want to see us a free society, but a mass of soulless slaves.

Western countries have been saying for centuries that they bring freedom and democracy to other nations. Nothing could be further from the truth. Instead of bringing democracy they suppressed and exploited, and instead of giving freedom they enslaved and oppressed. The unipolar world is inherently anti-democratic and unfree; it is false and hypocritical through and through.

The West clearly did not expect such insubordination. They simply got used to acting according to a template, to grab whatever they please, by blackmail, bribery, intimidation, and convinced themselves that these methods would work forever, as if they had fossilized in the past.

Such self-confidence is a direct product not only of the notorious concept of exceptionalism - although it never ceases to amaze - but also of the real "information hunger" in the West. The truth has been drowned in an ocean of myths, illusions and fakes, using extremely aggressive propaganda, lying like Goebbels. The more unbelievable the lie, the quicker people will believe it - that is how they operate, according to this principle.

But people cannot be fed with printed dollars and euros. You can't feed them with those pieces of paper, and the virtual, inflated capitalization of western social media companies can't heat their homes. Everything I am saying is important. And what I just said is no less so: you can't feed anyone with paper - you need food; and you can't heat anyone's home with these inflated capitalizations - you need energy.

I want to make special note of the fact that there is every reason to believe that the Western elites are not going to look for constructive ways out of the global food and energy crisis that they and they alone are to blame for, as a result of their long-term policy, dating back long before our special military operation in Ukraine, in Donbass. They have no intention of solving the problems of injustice and inequality. I am afraid they would rather use other formulas they are more comfortable with.

And here it is important to recall that the West bailed itself out of its early 20th century challenges with World War I. Profits from World War II helped the United States finally overcome the Great Depression and become the largest economy in the world, and to impose on the planet the power of the [DEBT] dollar as a global reserve currency. And the 1980s crisis - things came to a head in the 1980s again - the West emerged from it unscathed largely by appropriating the inheritance and resources of the collapsed and defunct Soviet Union. That's a fact.

Now, in order to free itself from the latest web of challenges, they need to dismantle Russia as well as other states that choose a sovereign path of development, at all costs, to be able to further plunder other nations' wealth and use it to patch their own holes. If this does not happen, I cannot rule out that they will try to trigger a collapse of the entire system, and blame everything on that, or, God forbid, decide to use the old formula of economic growth through war.

Russia is aware of its responsibility to the international community and will make every effort to ensure that cooler heads prevail.

The current neo-colonial model is ultimately doomed; this much is obvious. But I repeat that its real masters will cling to it to the end. They simply have nothing to offer the world except to maintain the same system of plundering and racketeering.

They do not give a damn about the natural right of billions of people, the majority of humanity, to freedom and justice, the right to determine their own future. They have already moved on to the radical denial of moral, religious, and family values.”

It is a fairly faithful rendition of what is being played out in the normative unfolding drama which is accessible to those who research and look behind "the news." But it is merely the surface of a fuller story that is rarely, if ever, told. By this I mean that for over 160 years "We the People" have been deprived of our true constitutional republic; in its place is an entrenched, plastic USA, Inc. (Britain) and USA, INC. (Vatican) that started in earnest with the most reviled president of his time, Abraham Lincoln. Thus, any mention of Lincoln that speaks of the man and his presidency in glowing, worshipful terms is immediately suspect.

This woman, Anna von Reitz, has exhaustively researched the true history and current state of the socio-political sphere. Consider one of her recent articles, for example, concerning the real Abraham Lincoln:

Lincoln "suspended" the right of Habeas Corpus for the U.S. Citizens and also pretended to have authority to suspend The Constitution of the United States of America and replace it with the Lieber Code. 

Both these offenses have (mis) guided the operations of the U.S. Military and the British Territorial United States Government ever since, as they have mistaken Lincoln as the President of our Federation of States --- an office that he never in fact held. 

He was "a" President, but not "the" President. He was foreclosed from holding the actual Federation office of The President of The United States of America and he was also prohibited from holding the office of The President of The United States (the presidency of our Federal Republic) by the Titles of Nobility Amendment (1819) prohibiting attorneys from holding any office in our government. 

Thus, Lincoln himself was a cuckoo bird --- a British fakir, pretending to have authorities he didn't have and pretending to occupy an office that he didn't in fact occupy at all. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1834, and he remained a member of the Bar until his death, so he literally could not be the actual President of this country. 

Look closely at the way the actual offices should appear: The President of The United States of America and The President of The United States. 

Now look at what was foisted off on the people: the President of the United States of America and the President of the United States. Everything Lincoln did, including "suspending" the Constitution in favor of the Lieber Code, is by definition unauthorized, the result of deliberate deceit, and must be held null and void by any thinking jurist. This would include his invention of "Executive Orders" and his granting of "Emergency Powers" to himself and his removal of the Writ of Habeas Corpus. 

Some military generals have attempted to argue that Lincoln was "Commander in Chief" in time of war, and could pretty much do whatever he wanted or needed to do to "preserve the Union"--- to which I reply that the presumption that he ever functioned as "Commander in Chief" is predicated on him being lawfully elected as The President of The United States of America, an office he never held. 

And the "Union" Lincoln was bent on preserving wasn't the Union of our States, either. The "Union" Mr. Lincoln was talking about was a commercial cartel serving the interests of a foreign central bank bent on controlling our commodities markets, instead. 

The entire idea that a British Territorial corporation "President" had the authority to command the entirety of the American Armed Forces, including our land forces, would have to be supported by some sort of treaty or contract allowing that----- and there is none. A most diligent search for any such treaty or agreement has failed to turn up anything supporting such a claim, and the adoption of the Naval Agency and Distributions Act by the British Parliament the following year, 1864, is strong circumstantial evidence that the Parliament knew exactly what the situation was. 

Lincoln's subsequent assassination by men closely associated with the Swiss Guard and the Municipal United States Government indicates that the Pope and the Roman Curia were fully advised concerning Lincoln's deceit, too. Everyone knew except the Employers of these miscreants and criminals--- the American people. 

Lincoln had become inconvenient because he opposed the ruination of the people and property of the South, and wanted to engage in a formal peace process with Jefferson Davis to officially end the mercenary conflict that we mistakenly call "The American Civil War". Not only were Lincoln and Davis technically unable to engage in such a formal peace process, peace was not in the best interests of the British Crown which had supported Lincoln from the start. Their horse had finally won, and they wanted every last penny of war reparations they could wring out of the South and the Municipal Government. Lincoln's assassination guaranteed that hostilities would continue. 

When the Brits booted up their replacement organization in 1868 to replace "the" United States of America Corporation that Lincoln bankrupted in 1863, the new Scottish Commercial Corporation calling itself 'The United States of America, Incorporated" deliberately trespassed against the Good Name and Trademarks of the American Federation of States and by simply neglecting to add the word "Incorporated" they successfully impersonated us and gained access to our credit in the same way that any credit card hacker does. The banks, especially the Central Banks, that wanted control of our commodities markets, winked and turned a blind eye. Theft and misuse of American gold and credit assets meant big profits and increased coercive powers for them. 

The adoption of the infamous "Fourteenth Amendment" or, as it is more properly described, their Fourteenth By-law Amendment---- as this was never any amendment to any actual Federal Constitution and was never ratified by our States of the Union --- proves that these men continued to wage illegal mercenary "war" long after Appomattox, and the continued misapplication of this so-called "Fourteenth Amendment" proves that they continue to do so to this day. 

Ask yourselves --- what possible authority is vested in a By-Law Amendment adopted by a long defunct Scottish Commercial Corporation that went bankrupt in 1907? We should live our lives and apply our laws according to that? Whoever thinks so, should have their heads examined and receive this little history lesson. The American people and the entire world must wake up and accept the fact that Lincoln's knock-off "presidency" was a fraud scheme and that absolutely everything deriving from this ill-begotten piece of history is tainted by fraud and illegality. 

This crime spree has resulted in the British Government manipulating and commandeering the manpower and resources of this country and using us like a sock puppet as muscle for their imperialist war-mongering and colonial oppressions through two World Wars and literally hundreds of lesser "conflicts". One can only imagine the snide self-congratulations that the denizens of Whitehall and the Inner City of London have given themselves ever afterward. 

Karen Hudes was exactly right. Addressing this problem will "blow us back to the Stone Age" --- or at least back to 1860, but if we want to find firm ground to build upon, that's what we have to do. By 1937, the Pope's Municipal Government threw in the white towel and a large amount of gold to get in on the game the British had going here. 

We might call this game "Illegally, Immorally, and Unlawfully Sack the Americans, Make Them Pay For It, and Then, Blame Them For It". 

The result was their infamous "Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States". This document, which was never widely released to the American Public for obvious reasons, formalized the collusion of the British Territorial and Municipal United States Federal Subcontractors. 

Ever since, they have worked together to coerce, defraud, defame, and deceive the American public for fun and profit. 

Shortly after they formalized this new partnership, they fomented the Second World War and made it look like it was the fault of their political opponents in Germany. Conveniently, they had created the whole political party system in Germany and used it to create the Nazi Party, too. The entire "war" was scripted by the same people. And the rest of us have been kept in the dark and fed horse dung. 

Every country on Earth has been impacted adversely by this British Bunko, and every government has been undermined by this deceit. The Lieber Code has morphed into the Hague Conventions instead of being recognized for what it is, and jettisoned as flotsam. The same architects of this Great Fraud, the Lords of the Admiralty, abetted by the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, continue their operations today, unrecognized for their role, and left largely unopposed. These thirteen men are not "Lords" in the way that we commonly think of British Lords. They don't sit in the halls of justice or attend Parliament. They are, instead, scattered all over the world, operating the world's largest crime syndicate, and running the world into the ground with no effective restraint. 

Every hired jurist in America needs a copy of this information and a Notice of Liability along with it. They also need a copy of the International Notice of Distraint.

Considering that Lincoln is commonly thought of as an icon, a great president — he's on Mt. Rushmore and there's a Greco-Roman-style "temple" to him on the shores of the Potomac — shows just how misdirected and cowed the populace really is. 

Thus, what I wish to say to any and all readers of this post is how important it is to understand the socio-political sphere at its most fundamental level of reality. Dig deeper, human beans, always dig deeper!

Forever Safari: Honoring an Africa Legacy (2022)

 
This is a true story about how one man explores Tanzania, following in the footsteps of his old friend, Phil. Phil did not live long enough to go on safari with Jack. But before he passed Phil had given Jack his network of contacts in and around his old haunt, Arusha, Tanzania. And when one follows in the tracks of a friend, synchronistic phenomena emerge, strong bonds develop, and a legacy reaffirms itself with a bolder stamp than either could have imagined.

Presently Choosing Your Future

We go through our lives like blind men and women, don't we? In this spiritual warfare that is going on right now, who is leading you around while you fidget with your white cane, thinking you are going in the right directions? Are you? Swamp Frogs

    Right now I’m finishing up my tour of Tanzania and a lower corner of coastal Kenya near Mombasa known as Diani Beach. Africa is a place of complex tribal relationships; organized confusion on steroids, overlaid by a floundering, Brit-induced bureaucracy that further confuses the whole mixed miasma.

     Still, it is Africa, the mighty land mass, continent of loamy earth and dry, dusty plains, jungle canopy and deserts, soupy-mangrove swamps — and...a magic vibe; a mysterious union of opposites and passions-run-amok. It shocks the senses of Western dog-man; and I’m sure it rankles the dynastic rice bowls of the ching-chong Chinamen, yanking them far outside their ken. Even Arabs and Indian traders tread lightly here, or wheedle out an existence in spite of the clamor and black blustering throngs. It’s a special place all right.

And I tune-in the news from my special sources — a news much closer to the truth than the usual spouting fountain of flotsam and jetsam. I hear the babble from both sides coming on strong as ever and wonder how much longer the charade can maintain its own idiot mind. And while I do long for the familiar after so much of the exotic, yet I regret having to return to the pressure cooker that is the false corporate American drama.

The embarrassing mess it’s become is only exceeded by the number of years — @ 160 of them — that it’s been on a slow boil going straight to hell. Oh that dirty, double-dealing Dishonest Abe, the turncoat Brit-man splitter of all that the Republic stood for; a false icon whose deceits were covered by the misty mountain hops of time and phony fables — and like his partner-in-crime, the CIA-manufactured “Obama”— even his birth is a lie.

So I return born anew, less the blustering blister and more the new mountain man, but, who took the detour on the way to the mountaintop. Yes I’ve been to the mountain meadow, then climbed back down; “I’ve seen things” as did Roy Batty in Bladerunner:

But my heart goes out to burned-out Rick Deckart too and his rancored plight, the hero’s anti-hero hero; an old guy not-yet-that-old and still a guy doing what guys do best: busting up the place whenever-in-doubt — and Deckart does whatever Deckart wants. Even when he’s on the skids he’s still… Deckart. Some say he was a replicant too…

Yes, folks, how deep and dreary it goes as we slog along following the natural disorder of things to their logically disordered conclusion, its bitter end. Our Soviet USA, Inc. now crashing, it burns, and most of the world follows along like the clone puppies they are.

I’ll return a wacked-out avatar, reluctant to advance much further in the game; watching, planning, playing, working, doing, being — caught between those worlds of Roy and Deckart, grokking both, preferring neither.

Count's Western Wear

Yesterday I bought some new blue jeans. At age 68 it was next to impossible to find my size among the Levis, but Lee had what I was looking for. I walked out with two pairs for about $70. I bought them at Kohl’s. They were on sale.

BUT, I wished I could have returned to Count’s Western Wear. That’s where I always bought my jeans ever since I was a lad in old Friendship Heights. It used to be at 4905 Wisconsin Avenue in DC. They had Levis galore, stacked on shelves that went up to the ceiling — on two floors — every style and size imaginable. I think they closed down in the mid-to-late ‘70s.

Whenever I think of blue jeans Count’s Western Wear was the place. I scoured the internet looking for an old photo of the shop but, alas, there wasn’t a one to be had. Somehow I connected Count’s up with that old cowboy-looking house that used to stand in my old neighborhood, further north down Wisconsin across from Saks (a photograph of which is provided above). In the ‘60s Tommy Williams and his family lived there. They had a mini-farm around back with a big vegetable patch and some chickens.

If I recall correctly, Count's had a sort of a sign in the shape of a cowboy that hung out from the shop. Inside it was an imaginarium of country and western culture, with framed photos signed by Dottie West on the wall (among others) and, if I remember right, there was even a saddle and a small selection of other riding accoutrement.

There were all sorts of interesting things in their display cases. Once they sold me, of all things, a small jar of genuine ginseng extract (which was long before I ever went to Korea.) So going there and exploring the nooks and crannies of the place was always a treat. And the folks that worked there had an authentic tinge of country in them. I suppose I must have seemed like a punk to them, but they gladly indulged me.

Count’s was cool. It belonged to another world that moved on from DC long ago. But in those days there was still a lingering sense of DC’s connection to its rural roots.

As I recall, the main manager there used to live over on Nevada Ave near McKinley Street, N.W. — at least I saw him there a few times when I visited a friend of mine in that neighborhood.

Those old days are long behind us now. Still, Count’s Western Wear remains a solid and enduring place in my memory. It’s funny, even surprising, how country and western culture was so accessible here in this city back then. Levis were integral to rough ranch and farm work, and weirdly, they also became part of the adoptive uniform of the hip generation of those old days.

Yes, Count’s Western Wear was nothing like a corporate clothing store like Kohl’s. Count's absolutely reeked with the doughty smell of denim; and it's tiny dressing room doors along the aisle had mere curtains (easy off-and-on, then off-and-on again — and not for the overly modest among us). It was a very personalized shop totally dedicated to Levis and to the rugged backwoods romance that they stand for. (However, I heard the Levis corporation went woke, just like all of the other multinational hive-mind businesses. Too bad, but things change.) I’m just glad that at 68 I can still buy riveted, 100% cotton denim jeans that have remained as comfortable and as cool as ever — even if they are the Lee brand and not Levis. Close enough!
