The Law of Kinds

I wish to bring everyone's attention to bear on one of the most ancient, most fundamental, and most unarguable foundations of law — The Law of Kinds, which is established in the Book of Genesis, where the Creator declares that each creation is ordered according to their kind: animals to animals, birds to birds, men to men, and so on.

This Law of Kinds also applies to all forms of Common Law and forms of law deriving from Common Law, so that there is a firm and not-to-be-trespassed boundary between living people and dead corporations, between fact and fiction.

The criminality that presently infests the world is caused by attempts to evade and circumvent the Law of Kinds, so as to redefine people as corporations and vice versa. This comprises a whole class of crimes known as "Personation Crimes" which include identity theft, false arrest, impersonation, unlawful conversion, human trafficking, kidnapping, racketeering, extortion, and fraud.

The courts that exist in America now are 99% foreign and virtually none of them have any official capacity to address a living American. They all depend on a ruse of mistaken identity and false claims of citizenship obligation to function.

These false claims of foreign citizenship obligation are propped up by falsified documents called "registrations" and specifically by "Birth Registrations" which are phony, but which stand until and unless people wake up and "record over them" and change the political status attached to their names by these registration documents.

So — when you walk into one of these foreign courts, they already have "information" at their disposal that stands as evidence that you are a foreign citizen living here in this country as a "resident". They have a Birth Certificate showing that you are a Territorial U.S. Citizen and they have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE indicating that you are a Municipal CITIZEN of the United States, and they have nothing — nada, zip, zero — on any Public Record saying otherwise.

They accordingly treat you as a "foreign person" and prosecute you under foreign law.

And in a sense, you consent to this because you take no action to object to their presumptions and you do nothing to create admissible evidence rebutting the registrations they have created in your name.

This is how you, a living American, wind up in a foreign court of "strictly limited jurisdiction", without a clue as to how that court is viewing you or what kind of law you are being prosecuted under.

You have to object to this, and as much as possible, you have to present admissible evidence of the fact that you are an American without any foreign citizenship obligations.

The intention of a future act claiming back your birthright political status and estate as an American is not sufficient. Just saying, "Hey, I'm an American!" in court is not sufficient.

This is because you can be an American and still have foreign citizenship obligations --- like all those Americans who serve in the Federal Civil Service and all those who serve in the United States Military Service and all those Americans who serve as "officers" -- elected and otherwise, of various kinds of corporations.

The key issue that these Interlopers cling to is a presumption that you are "voluntarily" engaged as a Transactor in Commerce, because they have regulatory authority (however misinterpreted) over interstate commerce.

Your exemption from this legal presumption is found in Section 16, the Enabling Clause, of the Federal Reserve Act.

You need to look them in the eye and say, "I am a living American without citizenship obligations. I am not a voluntary Transactor in commerce. I am exempt from your jurisdiction and I claim my exemptions, remedies, and reliefs,"

Then you need to plunk down a copy of the Birth Certificate or BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued in your name as evidence of the crime committed against you when you were just a baby, and a copy of your recorded declaration of political status standing as evidence in your favor.

It is both illegal and unlawful for these courts and agencies to "misaddress" you as if you were something you are not, or as if you were engaged in activities that you are not engaged in, but it is up to you to object and hold them feet first to the fire.

It is also up to you to invoke the Law of Kinds — what are you, a living man, an American owed the Public Law including the Guarantees of the Constitutions, doing in a court that is limited to administering the affairs of corporations, public transmitting utilities, commercial vessels and foreign citizenry?

In every case the Prosecutor bears the burden of proof and he never does produce any public evidence of jurisdiction for himself or the court, because you never make him prove who he is and in what capacity he is acting, and you never stop to question the nature and jurisdiction of the courts you are facing.

Most people never create and bring forward evidence that compels the courts to stand down, either — but that is changing.

When we first started this effort court wins were few and far between, but as we have amped up our declaration and recording processes and as more and more Americans have stepped up and defended their identity in court, the pendulum is swinging in our favor.

Remember that the Birth Certificates issued in your name provide powerful evidence of a crime committed against you when you were only a few days or weeks old, at a time when you could not possibly object or correct this foreign registration process — or even be aware of it.

Remember that the Declarations of political status that you establish and record in Public prove who you are and the political status you claim in opposition to the phony registration that was foisted off on you as a baby.

Any foreign court faced with those two pieces of evidence, and your objection to being misaddressed and misrepresented as a foreign person, is looking down the equivalent of a double-barreled shotgun; what these looters have done to you in stealing your identity and misrepresenting your political status is a capital crime in international jurisdiction.

Just like rustling cattle, it's a hanging offense.

On Leaders and Buzz Words

These days we are witnessing tyranny using pseudo-medical mandates and forced “vaccinations” to destroy or enslave us all. Those who are fighting this tyranny, e.g., the truckers protesting up in Canada and elsewhere, must be very careful about the language they use. Similarly, all who resist tyranny need to be guarded and cautious about which leaders to follow.

Talk is cheap; it is actions that count. When it comes to choosing  leaders to support, the ideal situation is to have known such people since birth and on through childhood; to have witnessed how they lived their lives, what they did and did not do, and how they handled themselves, both when they succeeded in life and when they made mistakes.

Unfortunately, in today's more fractured society, one with high levels of transients and anonymity, people are less able to witness others over long periods of time. (In former times this was not usually the case. People knew their neighbors and spent most of their lives in one particular place. This is what gave rise to a "jury of one's peers" as the American common law came to call it; if you were accused of doing something unlawful, you were to be tried by a jury of folks who knew you and your character very well.)

If one has not grown up knowing a potential leader, then there needs to be a trial period when we come to really know that other. Therefore if one resonates with what someone says in the public realm, it is always wise, at first, to only  tentatively accept that leader. Over time, one might gradually learn to follow that leader by carefully scrutinizing whether he or she actually walks-the-talk.

Because of this needed "empiricism" it is always harder to accept theoreticians and armchair philosophers than it is those who offer praxis (in addition to, and as an extension of, imagination and theorizing). That is, leaders who take action and consistently practice what they preach—those who admit their mistakes but who continually strive to do their best—these are worthy leaders.

I’m sick and tired of this "Covid-19" stuff. Aren’t you? This article is my final word on it. But it is also a warning to those who are taking brave stands against this nonsense: choose your leaders with the same circumspection with which you choose your words. (Actually, I need to heed my own advice. These days, when told to wear a mask in some store, my anger at the suggestion often overcomes me and all the wrong words tumble out of my mouth.) In any case…

Action necessarily leads to discussion and debate. But beware: using "their" language, their buzz words, subtly infiltrates and undermines what you are trying to say. Some key examples:

1.  "Covid-19" is simply just another strain of the flu or common cold that can be dealt with accordingly, i.e., using therapeutics and natural, herd immunity. Therefore, refer to it instead as "Coodies-!9" 

2.  The so-called "pandemic" is in fact an artificially-hyped hysteria using lots of high-cycled PCR tests to get false positives. It includes hospitals that are being paid to use these tests whenever someone presents themselves for treatment, and in this way, artificially inflates (1) the number of "cases," and (2) attributes most causes of death to "Covid-19".

Add these together with governments making it all-but-impossible for people to access curative therapeutics for flues and colds generally.

Then use a fake news media as a bullhorn-of-fear to establish that we are experiencing a pandemic and you have your "pandemic"— in fact, it is an induced pandemic of ignorance and fear  (ignorance because political science is used instead of (censored) clinical science, and fear because of the instinctive fear of our own mortality is increased exponentially by a complicit media repeating all of the fear-laden buzz words over and over again.

In fact, it is a "pandemic hoax" or a "purposely induced hysteria" — a “scamdemic,” a “plandemic”— and not a pandemic at all.

3.  The proposed solution?: "vaccines". There are just a few problems with going along with that: 

(a)  they don't protect you from contracting Coodies-!9; many who have received the shots have ended up sick (not to mention severely injured or dead); 

(b)  multiple shots plus boosters are touted as being needed, even though the first shot never gave any protection or immunity whatsoever.

What do they say?: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing — making the same mistake — over and over again and expecting different results?

4.  What has been described in the past as the "mainstream media" is, currently, neither mainstream nor media. That term now refers to the controlled and managed mouthpiece of..."the System", "the Man", the Cabal (viz., hidden-but-powerful oligarchs operating like a collective of organized crime families who blackmail and bribe officials while grooming promising young people to enter into all the various human institutions (politics, education, medical, legal, accountancy, religions, etc.) in order to direct the policy aims of the so-called New World Order according to a "globalist agenda", e.g., the United Nations' Agenda 2030)

In reality what comes to us through conventional channels that we have known and relied upon since before computers, is actually not news. It is, instead, strategic mind-control management brought to us by a small collective minority of the wealthy and influential. This minority masquerades as "mainstream" because it owns a hugely disproportionate share of conventionally-known (and now digital) media. What comes to the people as "news" is only their contrived, accepted narrative, which is only meant to entrain us to follow their precepts; this is bolstered by a relentless, systematic effort to marginalize, discredit, demonize and censor all other views. 

Thus, journalists are paid to be, essentially, "newscasters", who only parrot their given narrative instead of asking the hard questions, keeping open minds, and doing real, investigative journalism as a real free press is expected to do. 

Based on the foregoing paragraph, the term "alternative media" should never be used but must be recast as "the real media" or “the truth media”. 

In this same vein, you might add words of caution about those you are praising (or more precisely, those who give a forum and a voice to protesters dissenting from the accepted narrative). There are always intelligence agent provocateurs who covertly pose as sympathizers to the Truth Movement yet manage to corrupt its activities and aims. Time-tested, effective CIA/FBI ploys have kept the people haggling among themselves instead of fighting the real enemy, the "hidden hands" who invisibly stand behind their public stooge actors.

Now we haven't mentioned "Luciferians." But if you define a Luciferian as one who is "God-forsaken"; who lives exclusively "in the world" (material or physical plane of existence) and who is also and exclusively "of the world" (does not recognize or accede to, e.g., the moral values of the Ten Commandments and the Holy Bible) then Luciferians are materialists who are able to know only that which they can experience with their senses. They worship the material world, their own warped minds, and hence, by implication they worship themselves — i.e., they set themselves up as gods. So, in addition to "the System", "the Man", the Cabal — we can add "Luciferians" to those commonly referred to as Freemasons, the Illuminati, The Pilgrims Society, and so on. 

So listen up, all would-be leaders. Tell your followers not to worry about Coodies-!9 and the purposely-induced hysteria, i.e, this pandemic hoax. And for goodness sake listen to the real media, the truth media, and don’t take any of these toxic injectables.

Instead listen and learn from real scientists, doctors, journalists, and preachers, all promoting common sense, open inquiry, uncorrupted science, and faith in God and natural immunity as solutions to this whole “pandemic” nonsense and all of its mandates—from masks (clinically-proven to be useless) to “vaccines” (clinically proven to be very toxic and dangerous).

Here is what a leader is not: Dr. Fauci. His track record of disgusting experiments as a manipulating bureaucrat, chronic liar, and psycho-dissimulating hack speaks for itself. He champions only the following: suffering, death, eugenics, genocide, holocaust — a real ghoul if ever there was one.

Don’t believe me? Then maybe you should believe VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Recording System, an early warning system that monitors the safety of vaccines.

It has been in use since about 1986.  It is widely recognized as insufficient. For example, a Harvard study in 2010 estimated that VAERS accounts for only 1% of the actual injuries.  More recent data analysis suggests that to get the true extent of “vaccine” injuries, the numbers in VAERS would have to be multiplied by 30 to 40 times.

Currently the VAERS system lists these adverse events from the covid “vaccines”:

·        23,149 deaths (more than all reported vaccine deaths over the last 30 years)

·        124,445 hospitalizations

·        11,765 heart attacks

·        31,185 myocarditis/pericarditis (inflammation of the heart)

·        3,903 miscarriages

·        many more adverse events

Now, multiply these numbers by 30 to 40 to get a more accurate picture. These numbers are outrageously criminal and unacceptable as they are, let alone as they really are when multiplied 30-40 times!

Not many people know about this data base, including doctors who are not taught about “vaccine” injury, and do not even know about VAERS.

People who are harmed or killed by the “vaccine” are not being reported in so-called “mainstream media.” If they ‘did the right thing’ (viz., took the toxic injection and were injured) and then want to talk about their experience, they are attacked on social media and called ‘antivaxxers’. Their posts are routinely removed. This is Big Tech tyranny against sane, freedom-loving people. Is it any wonder, then, that protesters around the world are vehemently objecting? That the big trucks and their supporters are honking their horns?

So it is in a spirit of brotherhood that I ask everyone to dig down into the clinical science to uncover the sad human consequences wherein the cure is worse than the disease, or what’s worse: misinformed people are being given a toxic brew injection against a flu from which the published recovery rate is over 99%.  No, friends, this is a situation wherein we human beings ARE the research, the guinea pigs of decidedly amoral Big Pharma drug pushers, uncaring governments, and all those cowardly traitors who are complicit in their genocidal plan.

It is they who have betrayed us, and thus have become enemies of the people. Yet the people shall never cede their sovereignty to the agencies which the people created to serve them in the first place.  This is the essence of what it means to be an American, is it not? — exercising our God-given rights against the forces of tyranny who seek to circumscribe them?

In actuality, while “normies” may be clueless, choosing freedom over lunatic tyrants is the natural choice for all real, living and breathing human beings who prefer truth to lies.

There's a paradox here. Beginning in the 1950s the elites' plan (at least in N. America) called for the diminution of rail in favor of interstate highways, trucks and trucking. Why? There was more corporate profit in roads and trucking than in rail. Then, in the 1960s we began offshoring our industrial base to slave-nations like the ChiComs; their cheap shit got off-loaded to an ever-expanding American underclass of truck drivers.

 

Now, we see that same inter-generational sub-class — the ones with the mighty diesel engines with their intimidating size and sound presence — acting as a kind of inspiring, civilian tank corps. They are taking those very engines of our gnawing demise and combining their mechanical brawn to rally the people to bring down the political puppets who have entrenched and enriched themselves while degrading the welfare of the poor and the middle class. And this truck convoy movement is spreading worldwide: to Australia, Brazil, Italy, and it's gaining momentum.

Eulogy for Aunt Janet McGuire

who provided the excellent and indispens-
able story-structure for this Eulogy.]

A few words are in order as we celebrate the life of a very special person — Janet McGuire, otherwise known as Aunt Janet — a life-long conservative and 90-year old virgin (a doubly endangered species in extremely blue Montgomery County). Not only did her nieces and nephews call her Aunt Janet, but our friends and acquaintances called her Aunt Janet. She was, simply…Aunt Janet (or just, Janet).

Simple—though not-quite-as-sensible as her sternly frugal father (Grandpap)— she was kind and liberally generous to a fault, to all and everyone. In fact, every person who came into contact with her, every cousin, every grandchild and great grandchild, every friend that was introduced to her, all were taken by her kind and thoughtful nature.

Janet was born in 1931 in Latrobe, among the hills of Western Pennsylvania during the Great Depression.  As a kid she was a self-described, corn-silk-smoking, rough and tumble “tomboy.” The youngest of four, she saw her two brothers go off to war and even her big sister, our mother Hilda, went off to World War II as a Navy Wave.  Our memories of Janet go back as far as we can remember. She was like our third parent — ever-present.  She was there at first communions and confirmations, May processions, and she was present at our sports games, Thanksgiving dinners, and Christmas celebrations. Janet lovingly documented our childhood with her super 8 camera. We still have those films.

In 1953 Janet graduated from Seton Hill College (now “University”) in Greensburg, PA. She was a psychology major who came close but never-quite-completed the few remaining courses required for a Master’s degree. Along the way she acquired some debating skills and during the course of her life she never tired of honing those skills. Accordingly, she loved a good, lively, meaningful conversation. She could be pedantic and combative because she was fiercely independent, often testing the boundaries of those with whom she sparred. But she mellowed with age and never tired of preaching forgiveness, especially for those times when she would get carried away and perhaps get a bit overbearing with those she loved. Her deep-seated traditional values were her touchstone to reality and she didn’t give a hoot what you might think; if you crossed certain “red lines” with her she would quickly let you know! And that’s how she gained the reputation of being “conservatively opinionated.”

Though self-protective, Janet gradually learned to tread more lightly and be more mindful of the feelings of others, i.e., gaining wisdom in old age. But even toward the end, Janet “would be heard” and she forever refused to be “bossed around.” Without the charm of humor she might have grown bitter and withdrawn. But she was blessed with an incredible ability to joke and laugh — to not take herself too seriously — and thus she generally transcended any descent into such dark places. 

That’s not to say she didn’t hold her ground. Janet had what seemed like a fathomless ability to bear wounds in silence while always hoping for hurts to be reconciled without her actively pushing too hard at it. This stoic nature of hers was a testament to a Faith that fueled her values: that is, she allowed others the time to work things out for themselves while she prayed mightily for them, as well as for her own shortcomings. And yet, as devout a Catholic as she was, Aunt Janet was not preachy when it came to Jesus. She didn’t wear religion on her sleeve, so to speak. Rather, she sought to inculcate her beliefs in her daily conduct; not in a pompously religious way but in a matter-of-fact “life-way” of being a Believer.  

In 1955 Janet moved-into our house with us in Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase, Maryland. She loved her big sister — our mom, ten years her senior — and she was a huge help to my mother in raising her eight kids. She was like a nanny — but a cool nanny. She was young and pretty — she was funny and had an infectious laugh and she always had a sense of adventure.  She would take us fishing, take us bowling, and take us out to dinner. As a matter of fact, as a young kid I remember her taking some of us to a Chinese restaurant for the first time and teaching us how to use chopsticks… (so exotic!) 

In 1962 Grandpap bought a house in what would later become known as the “Green Mile.” From that point on she lived at 4610 Davidson Drive, about a mile away from us. Her phone number was the first phone number, other than ours, that we learned by heart — Oliver 4-1369. If you were lucky, you would go over to Janet’s for a sleepover — where you could stay up late watching the late, late show — eat popcorn, snacks you couldn’t get at home, and just hang out with Aunt Janet.

It wasn’t easy defining what her career was. She had a handful of jobs. She excelled at each of them, but we could never quite get a handle on what she was…she wasn’t a lawyer or a doctor or an accountant or whatever…she was, well, just Aunt Janet.  She lived her entire life serving others selflessly. During the early days of desegregation, she taught grade school in the DC inner city.  When the Vietnam War was raging, she took a job as Director of the USO in Manila — which was a popular R&R stopover for soldiers and sailors. After two other stints with the USO, in Rome and Atlanta, she again settled back home at 4610 Davidson Drive in Chevy Chase.

Once back, she worked briefly at Georgetown University, and in 1986 she served as the first Director of the Friendship Heights Village Community Center (which was subsequently built directly across the street from where our old house in Friendship Heights used to be).

But having come home, she essentially became a caregiver to her aged parents: Mary and John, and a caregiver to her brother, our Uncle Bobby, who had suffered mental difficulties due to the war. After being treated in veteran’s hospitals for years, Uncle Bobby finally settled-in at 4610 and Janet took excellent care of him — always making sure he had good meals, beer and Camel, non-filter cigarettes. Budweiser and Camels were his hobby.

While she held court at 4610, she had a never-ending stream of  visitors — mostly her nieces and nephews. Going to see Janet was excellent therapy. You could confide in Janet, share secrets, and get advice from her. She was always available to those she loved. She cared about your travails and the bumps and turns in your life. She was always optimistic, full of hope, empathy and love. She was the best. She would always offer a meal or a drink and she loved to shoot the bull over a beer. She was a friend, a counselor, a therapist.  We had so many laughs. She acted as referee and judge and jury in family squabbles. She was always fair and loved us all equally (although everyone knew Jack was her favorite). 

When Fred’s twin sister, Jane, was stricken with terminal cancer, she sought shelter at Janet’s house and chose to spend her last days there with Aunt Janet looking after her. And Janet stoically and lovingly cared for her, along with our sisters — always serving others.

As she aged, she took up golf and got a handful of us kids into golf. Fred especially enjoyed rounds of golf with her – “It was a great way to catch up and fill her in on my kids’ activities and my work. She was always interested in what you were doing and it was ‘never about her.’ She was so giving and she was a great listener.”

As a staunch supporter of the second amendment, one day she went to a shooting range to brush up on her gun skills. Unfortunately, she didn’t wear the proper ear protection and it damaged her hearing permanently. So after that, visits to Aunt Janet’s weren’t the same…you had to yell so she could hear you. “HOW ARE YOU JANET??  THE KIDS ARE DOING GREAT – QUINT GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL….LIVI GOT INTO COLLEGE…!!”  It was challenging to have a conversation, but she never lost her sense of humor. 

During the last few years when her health was failing, her nieces and nephews were there for her. Jack helped manage her household and looked after her business and the property up in Somerset, Pennsylvania that has been in the family for 100 years, and he was a constant companion. Rosemary was head nurse and made sure that she had quality caregivers and went to her medical appointments. Susie , Madeline and Jennifer visited often and were always available when needed. “Kip and I would visit, though not as much. But if we couldn’t visit, we would  call….‘HELLO JANET – IT’S FREDDY….FREDDY!’ ”

We are so grateful that we could share in her 90+ years on this Earth. And as we lay Janet to eternal rest, we honor our loving and loyal Aunt Janet ….[looking at the casket] “I SAID ‘REST IN PEACE!’ ”

And so the memories of our beloved Aunt Janet are rooted in that lively and lovely woman who cared for us as kids and never gave up on us. As her hair thinned and her feet turned purple and she started going through mountains of diapers and endless packs of cigarettes, Janet yet retained a quiet dignity and modesty. The beauty of those many years of selfless devotion to her family were enshrined in her simple and sensible convictions that guided a whole life, a life that always sought the zest of living, yet one that accepted her personal fate of voluntary solitude, not-so-much as an old maid but as someone devoted to the life of her choice.

And so, in parting, we recognize the loving attentions offered to our aunt and adoptive mother by Zee, Jo Ann, and especially Alex. Janet loved all of you with the same love she held for all of us. God bless you all and God bless your families. We remain ever grateful to you for your friendship and helping hands. 

As we age we are all being transmogrified by those mutations caused by the vagaries of time. But hold fast to your soul, honor your values and say your prayers, as Aunt Janet did, and you’ll be able to say that you lived a life worth living. God willing, you will also have, as Janet did, all of those helping hands in your old age that also allow you to die well.

Freely Traveling (without Getting in a Pickle)

 

Do you know who your sheriff is? How about the county (or city) chief of police? You may wish to make an appointment and visit them. Why?

If you are an American State National or Citizen, then it may behoove you to get to know them — and for them to get to know you. We Marylanders, who believe in our own people power, who participate in the “arduous task of self-government,” need to be forthright about our status and our actions.

One basic, constitutionally guaranteed right is the ability to freely travel upon our public roads. The Maryland Assembly, constituted according to the guidelines as provided through the research of Anna Maria Riezinger (aka Anna von Reitz), has developed what we call our Travel Notice. This is a multi-page document that we keep in our private conveyances as we travel about.

That document is designed to be presented to law enforcement officers (LEOs) at so-called “traffic stops.” That is, for being pulled over for some perceived infraction of the State of Maryland Vehicle Code. As nationals, and not U.S. citizens, we are foreign men and women who are not subject to their statutes. We have all executed and duly recorded our status. This action has been undertaken to establish ourselves and our foreign nationality. So the nuts and bolts of our travel should not come as a shock to law enforcement officials.

We have undertaken to provide written notice of who we are and what our intentions are as private nationals engaged in private, non-commercial travel. That notice has been mailed to all of the sheriffs within Maryland (and notice is also being sent to county and city police chiefs). Still, a personal, face-to-face visit is a way of being sure that we pose no threat or harm, and it doesn’t hurt to establish a certain familiarity with those tasked with ensuring that public safety and welfare is maintained on our roads.

When one is stopped by a LEO it is easy to become nervous and befuddled. After all, we have been raised in an environment of meek deference to authority, wherein LEOs are trained to be tough and intimidating to those they perceive are “lawbreakers.” Thus it is easy to lose one’s self-confidence and speak without thinking. One’s words must be carefully chosen so as not to accidentally “cede one’s jurisdiction.”

The first thing to know is that when an officer asks for your license and registration, he or she is making an offer to contract. American State Nationals and Citizens are trained to respond by saying, “I must respectfully decline your offer to contract. However, I am willing, on my own accord, to produce documents that establish my identity and right to travel freely.”

But hold that thought. Many of us freeze up in tense and intimidating situations. Thus the Travel Notice is designed to allow a traveler to simply present his- or herself without uttering a word. After all, this is a prime example wherein we must invoke our 5^th Amendment privilege against self-incrimination — and that can happen easily if and when we volunteer information that can be twisted (by “word magic”) against our penal interest.

And so, to play it safe, we are advised to simply and silently offer our Travel Notice. That Notice is made available to all Marylanders who are American State Nationals or Citizens by The Maryland Assembly. The fee is $15 plus a recording fee.

The complete Travel Notice consists of the following: 

1.  a short statement that essentially explains that we would rather remain silent, under advice of counsel;

2.  a one-page picture ID Notice that explains who we are, our foreign status, and the consequences of violating our right to freely travel;

3.  next is a Special Note to Law Enforcement meant to empathize with the officer, and to explain our motivations and intentions;

4.  then there is a two-page Notice to All LEOs, Supervisors and Commanders, which invokes our constitutional protections and informs them, in no uncertain terms, that we are not under their jurisdiction concerning any perceived infraction of a so-called “victimless crime”;

5.  this is followed by three-pages of cited United States Supreme Court cases establishing that Freely Traveling Upon Public Roads is a Constitutionally Guaranteed Right; that a Constitutionally Guaranteed Right Cannot be Converted into a Crime; and that Without Willful Intent to Violate the Law There is No Crime;

6.  Finally there is a one-page recitation of two Federal Code sections: 18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights. and 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law, both of which are meant to dissuade the officer from any attempt to detain, arrest, or issue a citation in the event there is any remaining doubt as to that officer's proper course of conduct.

The Travel Notice is presented, along with our scannable credential card. The credential card enables the officer to verify who we are and examine the documents that establish our foreign national status.

By interfacing early with sheriffs and police chiefs and presenting our Travel Notice to them for their pre-inspection, we hope we are able to defuse “situations” that might otherwise easily develop at traffic stops. Our intention is to abide by the “rules of the road” and to be safe and considerate of others when traveling upon the public roads. If any of us abuse that protocol then those who do so should be ready to take responsibility.

But we do have good faith in how we are proceeding as we travel. We are adamant in believing that victimless “crimes,” that is, where no other person has incurred an injury to his or her person or personal property as the proximate cause of our travelling — such “crimes,” (any "violation" of the so-called motor vehicle code) are no crimes at all. That is what our common law informs us. And we live by the golden rule as embodied therein.

And so let it be known: that a constitutionally protected right cannot be converted into a privilege that then is licensed by the state. This mainly includes drivers licenses, tags, and registration. Come join us and rid yourself of the hassle, expense, and botheration of travel enslavement as conceived by the corporate State of Maryland. Join The Maryland Assembly as an American State National or Citizen and start living and traveling upon the land and soil jurisdiction as a responsible member of those committed to being free within a reconstructed constitutional republic. Rid yourself of the corporate service provider masquerading as a legitimate government and to kow-towing to their policy security enforcers.

It is our hope that, over time, law enforcement officials will come to realize their real and proper status. Sheriffs, especially, should be protecting the Constitution by shielding the people from any and all unlawful encroachments within the physical boundaries of their county or city jurisdictions; and police can start seeing their jobs more as officers of the peace. Rather than being primarily enforcers of “state policy” that protects the corporate service provider, they might seek to extend equal protection to the people, affording them the respect and dignity to which they are entitled as flesh and blood men, women and children. At the very least they should not interfere with our ability to travel freely. In this way, empathy with our cause might turn into solidarity, as in becoming one of us free Marylanders unbeholden to impositions by the corporate nanny state.

Noble words from a fine Scotsman — and true enough.

Still, where are the William Wallaces of the world, as portrayed in the 1995 film Braveheart? Here’s the scene where Wallace discovers the two-faced Robert the Bruce.

The William Wallaces, if indeed, they rise up (against all the odds), are generally "blunted" along the way by the same old tricks. And if those tricks don't work they inevitably get sold-out by those who treasure comfort, safety and security above all else, viz., their freedom, their souls and the partaking of universal Spirit be damned. (Is it too much to ask for a little peace or have a life? to raise a family? Well, for sure, the Brits' Tavistock Institute and its proxies destroyed that natural urge for the baby boomer generation, just as they did, relatively-speaking, for that of William Wallace — and their covert "damnable dabbling control" of North America persists.)

It's true that "happiness is a by-product of living a moral life," as our Scottish speaker quotes at the outset of his short lecture. And yet it is that sifting through what "moral" means and how it is determined that matters. Unfortunately for many, that sifting search takes a whole life.

May I recommend any finely made single malt Scotch for those "difficult times" when the usual strategies of life come up short? And for those "especially difficult moments," the Scotch I put my money on is Macallan. Unfortunately the 18-year old and older are now way too much for us knowledgeable and truly discriminating lads who know their Scottish whiskeys.

Yes, Peter O’Toole was an old hand at his craft. He reminisces here about the making of Lawrence of Arabia (more to file in the galvanized pressure cooker).   

There’s a deeper, “techo-something” afoot here, however. With the coming of the invention of gunpowder, the firearm, and various bombs and missiles, men under arms no longer squarely faced one another in mortal combat. The true test of courage was, in that sense, blunted. Oh the dead bodies continue to pile up, but buffered by the mediation of instrumentalities; death is not wielded by hand in hand-to-hand combat anymore. Before long it was the bullets and bomb fragments doing the flesh-parting (or incineration). Not so, in the days of the legendary William Wallace.

And now we have 5G induced bio-terror and cyber warfare, along with a host of diabolic weaponry, some even satellite-assisted. For just a sampling go here.   

All this to say, man-to-man kinetic warfare may seem obsolete in a lot of ways. But Scottish blood has not been spilled in vain. As long as it is the blood of free men and women standing up for their life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness it is worthwhile. Moral strength feeds positive spiritual karma. Just as brains let loose fine words, brains plus brawn will always play an integral part in a righteous people’s overt struggles against the prince of this world. Bodies remain bodies, subject to being thwarted and destroyed, along with the Luciferian infestation within.

The proud Scots stand tall in our Western tradition. The spirit of their brave souls remains to rise again and nudge the forthrightness of liberty again, as we all fight the good fight. Demons and tyrants beware! 

The Maryland Assembly ASNs

We American State Nationals (ASNs) don’t want to be any trouble or anything. But we’re a headstrong lot. We believe in the old-fashioned notions that the patriots before us believed in: that God is revealed to us through the divinely-inspired Word of God, the Holy Bible; that from that mighty Book come ways of handling our disputes and settling trouble among us. That, indeed, is the source of and what came to be known as the common law — the original law upon which America was founded. 

Ours is a judicial system that is dominated by the jury and their incredible power of jury nullification of any and all so-called laws that run counter to our natural rights. Over time, our country has slowly lost that great foundation in the common law so that courtrooms are now run like fiefdoms of corrupt judges who only do the bidding of their corporate masters.

The common law was first gleaned in England by those stalwart men who banded together to confront old King John and forced him to sign the Magna Carta. Essentially they demanded from him that he recognize those unalienable rights endowed by the Creator — those inherently noble rights inhering not just in them but in all men; that as men they needed to be accorded the respect of their “uppers,” those of noble blood who ruled with an iron fist; whosoever forgot that the power they were accorded was a sacred trust to be used for the betterment of all are the unlawful among us. Yet these brave men of which I speak stood for the people; they stood for the helping hand of Christ’s love and His forgiving nature, the Savior who modeled for all mankind just how we should comport ourselves among others in order that we may live by the Golden Rule.

And when our forefathers came to America that common law got a uniquely American flavor. It became ever more infused with the cherishing of life, of liberty, of the holding of private property wherein we might pursue our own notions of happiness. It is an individualism tempered by not trespassing on rights of others and encouraging others not to trespass upon us. And this, in short, is what Americans are rediscovering more and more as the tempest of time has whipped down on humanity over the past centuries since we founded this great nation. It is this surety of knowledge in the best practices of self-rule that American State Nationals have rediscovered.

There has been a slow and steady moral rot here in our country (and in the world). Patriots across this land began dissembling this intricate web of deceit that holds many of our countrymen in its grip; we came to the realization that we needed to expatriate from that Behemoth which had replaced our natural liberties. American State Nationals have cut through the misdirection and ignorance, the mind control and conditioning that have led us to forget our real selves as Americans. At the same time we knew that we must take much more seriously the responsibilities that come with the more arduous task of self-governing ourselves.

That is who we are: men and women who have begun to band together in defense of our real identity; who reject the the legalistic word-play of those who wish to lord over us, steeped as it is the "science of grammatical fraud"; who refer to us (with our names in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS) as “U.S. citizens,” which is their coded reference to us as their slaves. It is similar to how they have redefined “income” in the tax code so as to reach deep down into our pockets to steal the fruits of our hard-earned labor; of how they have taken over the printing of real money, replacing it with debt instruments called Federal Reserve Notes; who have captured the branches of government via bribes and blackmail, and done likewise with the legal and medical professions; who have also captured our media and now censor our free speech so that the people are not able to weigh all facts and points of view but rather are trained like farm animules to accept only their addled narrative.

We deciphered the various jurisdictions of L.A.W. — those of Land, Air and Water, attributed respectively to the People, the Vatican, and the System in the West that spread throughout the globe and has been preserved by that last mighty empire to dominate the Earth, the British Empire. The aforementioned last two entities, the Vatican and the mercantile British System—it is they who perceive We the People as mere chattel, property to be managed and controlled. We reject their poisonous indignities and the enslavement they have foisted onto us. Instead we have come back to the realization of our true nature as free men and women on the land and soil.

The American State Assemblies are composed of 50 unincorporated land and soil jurisdiction State Assemblies. We are private, peaceful, non-combatant civilians, the members of which are native to the States of this Country. The Maryland Assembly is among them. American State Nationals have repatriated themselves as Marylanders under the people’s Assembly. So we are actually a foreign state, separate and apart from the false, incorporated “State of Maryland” government fiction.

You need to know that everywhere in this Country, sons and daughters of America have awakened. As we have remembered who we are, our ranks are swelling. The number of living men and women on the land and soil of Maryland State continues to grow throughout the Counties, in Baltimore City, and also includes the land under original jurisdiction, upon which the foreign territory known as the District of Columbia now sits.

Accordingly, we have corrected our status by expatriating ourselves from the corporatized government beast and have properly repatriated ourselves. We are the people and we do not cede our sovereignty to the agencies that we created to serve us. Therefore, we are the only ones who have the proper status, standing, and jurisdiction to reconstruct America’s Civilian Government upon its original foundation, free from both domestic tyranny and foreign interference, and unfettered by powerful corporate manipulations.

That is, neither do we stand in awe of private subcontractors, such as Blackrock, Vanguard, and State Street, who sit on all the boards of major corporations; we refuse to be docile to those who create mischief while manipulating the price, quality and availability of products and services by what is a de facto monopoly.

American State Nationals intend to proceed peacefully in according respect and protection to the rights of others who do the same in return; likewise, we intend to engage the mind and spirit of those who trespass upon our sovereign status and our standing as people. We consider this a noble undertaking.

As such, there shall be no wanton discrimination, persecution, or violence toward American State Nationals, toward our mission or our business. Accept no substitutes; do not be dissuaded by interloping agitators disguised as American State Nationals who display red thumb prints* on their signature lines; if their language is coarse, unreasonable, and disrespectful then they are only agent provocateurs intent upon giving us a bad name, fomenting distrust, and inciting law enforcement against us.

*The reason we use a Red Thumbprint: Nothing is a stronger indication of a man’s word than blood; red-ink represents our blood. Our thumbprint is uniquely created and given to us by God and no two are alike. Our red thumbprint is our identification and solemn seal placed upon our signature in concluding our written word. The tradition of sealing one’s written word goes back hundreds of years.

Our self-governing authority is founded upon the letter and spirit of the Declaration of Independence and the Common Law of England as first adopted within the Charters of the original Thirteen Colonies, of which Maryland is one. These, in turn, find their source in the Ten Commandments and The Holy Bible and this, in plain language, is the fabric of American law upon which we stand, work, play, and rest.

Before proceeding any further, it is important for you to know and understand that we are not your enemy and that you are not ours. The Declaration that created this great Country and the Compacts (Constitutions) that formed the American Government and limited its authority, meant for us to work together to serve and protect the people—not for you to rule over them. The people cannot be judged nor be ruled over by their creation.  As man cannot assume control over God Almighty, those who wish to lord over the people misconstrue the essence of sovereignty.  True Americans, by their nature, do not seek to overturn this natural order of things. Thus, be mindful that your authority is derived from the people; it is not assumed or created by you. This has been clear ever since the three Compacts were established and agreed to by the Principals:  in 1787 by the Federal Government dba the States of America (a Republic, which has been missing); in 1789 by the Territorial Government dba the United States of America (a Democracy); and in 1790 by the Municipal Government dba the United States (a Plenary Oligarchy). Travel Notice

The Codes of the Federal Corporate State of Maryland jurisdiction have made it impossible for us to record our Documents, Notices and other records, so we’ve had to resort to using other State of State Recording Districts under Article IV, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitutions We the People hold with your ultimate Principals.

To overcome this deliberate inconvenience, earlier this year we formed a permanent International Land Recording Office for our Notices of Political Status and other documents relating to our land and private property. The Maryland Assembly is the lawful issuing authority for Maryland State on the land and soil jurisdiction. These new International Land Recording Offices will be held under the authority and jurisdiction of The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States of the Union.

Each American State National on Maryland soil will be carrying a State Credential Card issued under the authority of The Maryland Assembly. These cards are valid for all travel and identification purposes. They contain a PDF417 Bar Code (an International ID and Travel Card standard) that can be scanned by County Sheriffs and other law enforcement officers. This will give them access to our International Land Recording Office system where they will be able to confirm our status, standing and jurisdiction

These cards will also enable all members of the military and foreign court administrators to recognize American civilians and their private property at a glance, so that they can easily avoid trespassing upon us and making inappropriate presumptions about our political status, including assumptions about our rights and about any obligation or lack of obligation of juridical persons attached to our Names/NAMES for administrative purposes in a foreign jurisdiction. In short, we maintain, in accordance with decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court, a constitutionally guaranteed right to freely travel upon the public roads, which cannot be converted into a privilege that is then licensed by the state.

There has also been an Indemnity Bond established in each State to protect our property from loss. These have been filed on the private side of the U.S. Treasury. These bonds are not meant to provide third party property damage protection, only first party property loss. We will still carry insurance for third party liability and property damage.

We restate and emphasize again that rights imply responsibilities. In this spirit, American State Nationals claim the right to travel freely upon the public roads without regard to the Federal Corporate State of Maryland licensing and registration provisions as to our private conveyances, which are not involved in commerce. If and when stopped by any law enforcement officials, an ASN Credential Card and Travel Notice will be presented. Please understand that we strive to obey the traffic laws as we would when travelling in any foreign country, e.g., Germany, because we have an obligation to follow their laws as best we can in order to assure the mutual safety and well-being of ourselves and others — this is the common law at its core and it is a directive American State Nationals take very seriously.

Victimless “Crimes”

Under the American common law, there must be a living, breathing individual who is harmed in order for there to be a cause of action for trespass. As a condition precedent to the finding of an unlawful act there must first be a personal injury to another or to another’s property. It is impossible to trespass upon a fiction; in that sense the State cannot be harmed and suffer injury as do flesh-and-blood men, women and children. This is the precise reason that the American State Nationals and Citizens of The Maryland Assembly cannot and will not consider as valid the Federal Corporate State of Maryland codes, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, wherein only the State is prosecuting as an injured Plaintiff. The corporatized State is a mere fiction masquerading as a person; such a color-of-law-only entity is impotent to make and enforce its own “legalistic proclamations.” As such, these are not pertinent to nor enforceable against us as long as we are not obviously negligent or otherwise culpable of causing injury to other living persons or to their property. And, if such is the case, the controversy is then settled among the two (or more) living parties and/or as litigating living parties.

All are encouraged to review the information found at their website: https://thickredline.org/  By doing so all can more  fully and thoroughly understand the brief overview presented in the foregoing paragraph.

Accordingly, the right to travel freely upon the public roads comes under the rubric of victimless “crimes,” as long as no one or no one’s property is injured.  This fallacy of victimless “crime” has recently been an issue for two American State Nationals involved in two separate incidents occurring while traveling. The first is still ongoing:  State v. Eva Marie Gardner, District Court Case No. 5D00414251, Montgomery County Circuit, Rockville (transferred to Circuit Court); and the second has concluded in a guilty verdict, State v. Evan Huggins, CR-21-2141 (Baltimore County Circuit Court).

The Gardner case involved a Virginia State National traveling along I-270 in Montgomery County. She is a U.S. Army veteran who was displaying an American flag and a Go Army sticker. Suddenly she was assaulted by a Middle Eastern-looking man, perhaps inflamed by the items she was displaying, who sought to crash into her (and did so, damaging two areas of her personal conveyance) and this maniac forced her off the road. Ms. Gardner called 911 immediately and stayed in touch throughout the entire assault. About a half-dozen Maryland State Troopers converged at the scene right as the perpetrator managed to pull her over. He emerged from his vehicle and started toward Ms. Gardner. She was carrying a holstered firearm, properly licensed in Virginia. It remained holstered though visible on the front seat as she called out to him, “Stop where you are. I have a gun!” This assailant hollered out to the police that she had threatened him with a gun. Instead of arresting the assailant, they briefly interrogated him and let him go. Instead these “officers of the peace” arrested Ms. Gardner for violating the State of Maryland’s dubious weapons carry law. She was arrested on the scene, her handgun and her disabled old dog were improperly impounded, and she was hauled in and booked under this gun “law.” Later it appeared that the criminal gave the police a false address and he apparently could not be located. Ms. Gardner was improperly detained and arrested, initially charged with a felony as well as misdemeanors. This is an inversion of justice, plain and simple. Her jury trial is scheduled for January 4, 2022.

In the case of Mr. Huggins, another American State National, on Jan. 2, 2021 he was subject to a traffic stop after a Baltimore County police officer noticed that his tags were expired. Mr. Evans rather injudiciously refused to identify himself and, when pressed, gave the name “Mr. GoodSir.” He was only trying not to incriminate himself as the 5^th Amendment and the Miranda warning is meant to protect. The officer ultimately arrested the accused and determined that he was driving his brother’s unregistered and uninsured BMW displaying expired tags and that his driver’s license had been suspended due to a failure to attend a driving course. Additionally he faced other charges imposed by the prosecutors’ office including identification fraud and some others. Mr. Huggins was not driving commercially and had not caused any damage or injury. At the traffic stop the suspect claimed to be a “national” and later, to have a copyrighted name that is not subject to use (as in being cited for traffic infractions) without his express permission. All for naught.

Mr. Huggins made a valiant (though less-than-effective) effort to represent himself at a jury trial. American State Nationals do not use B.A.R. attorneys, even those appointed by the State and for good reason: B.A.R. stands for “British Accreditation Registry” (or some say, “Regency”) all such attorneys take an oath as officers of the court who, first and foremost, must protect the State, viz., the System. He did not manage to sway the jury and they found him guilty on all counts except the fraudulent identification charge. The judge considered him a “flight risk” and would not release him on his own recognizance. Instead, he threw Mr. Evans directly into in jail while he awaited sentencing. He ultimately received a sentence of six months in prison, and that is where he currently sits. Again, justice misapplied, which is justice undone.   

The litigation committee of the Maryland Assembly is now working on developing remedies to counter the maltreatment and mishandling of our people. By doing so, we hope to avoid any such future problems encountered on the road and before being erroneously hustled into a foreign jurisdiction courtroom. It is because of such examples of improper handling of American State Nationals that we are making an effort to reach out to law enforcement and in particular all of the sheriffs* in Maryland. We wish for all such personnel to understand who we are and what we stand for. Perhaps with better understanding and closer cooperation we can overcome the types of incidents that these unfortunate cases highlight, as well as avoiding all kinds of victimless “crimes.”

*Sheriffs hold the highest executive authority of all Law Enforcement and Peace Officers within the physical boundaries of a particular County or City. And no one, not the Governor, not the FBI, nor even the U.S. Marshalls can claim jurisdiction in your County without your permission. This is because your authority was conferred upon you by election via the people of your County or City and, of course, by the nature of your position. You were not appointed by a politician or other authority with certain vested interests. Even if you are acting in an incorporated jurisdiction, we ask you to embrace your Public Duty to serve and protect all the people.  And it is incumbent upon you to spread the word, even among those in law enforcement who either overtly or covertly identify as being among the ranks of the Freemason Brotherhood.

Law enforcement must beware of and refrain from being participants in the personage and barratry industry of the fictional State. By instead concentrating on those who inflict real harm upon society, we can truly protect and serve, rather than needlessly hassle people who are harming no one. After all, we seek to honor the law and our liberty, not to get fat on the unbridled greed for money and things that epitomize the conditioned society and the current incarnation of illegitimate corporate government. We hope you see our logic and that law enforcement will join our cause, or at the very least, be accepting of our honorable intentions.
